Celeste began her yoga journey in 1999 living in London. She completed her first teachers training with Jim Harrington in 2011 and then with Catherine Wilkinson in 2014.
With a passion for movement and nature, she likes to hike, swim and play, allowing mind to reconnect with our outside world. She believes that it is important to keep the body-mind-spirit balanced, moving in functional ways, healthy thoughts and the ability to accept things that cannot change.
Her vinyasa classes are strong and playful with emphasis on alignment and a balance between strength and flexibility, thus allowing the body, mind and spirit to be open, connected and simply feel better. Her new passion, Budokon yoga, a mix of martial arts and yoga, plays with new ways of moving and thinking, their motto “THE WAY YOU DO ANYTHING IS THE WAY YOU DO EVERYTHING.”
