I have been teaching and studying yoga for almost 11 years, focusing mainly on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. I value the structure of Ashtanga, and I believe it contributes into developing meditation practices, and strong pranayam.
I also offer meditation (dharana) practices, Yoga Nidra, Gentle Yoga, Teacher Development courses, Yoga Philosophy and smaller workshops focusing on specific parts of the practice of yogasana.
Private classes are available for serious students of Yoga.
