Ceylan is a 500hour Yoga Alliance Certified Advanced teacher and a Yoga Teacher Trainer, Wellness Coach focused on Ayurvedic Nutrition. She has done trainings in India and Switzerland on anatomy, spiritual and mind works of yoga philosophy.

Her students love her energy, positive and encouraging style that she transmits in her creative classes. She combines hatha, power and vinyasa yoga in a unique way to support women over 40years old, to support them to become calmer, stronger and lighter.

Students especially love her final meditation moments as well as her unique techniques of adjustments that she acquired throughout her 500hours trainings with Sanjeev Bhanot, founder of Yogalife.

She is also a certified Antastha Yoga teacher, a unique style using blindfolds during the yoga practice, allowing the students to explore a much deeper experience in yoga.
