Andrea Botti is a licentiate in Holistic Psychology, Ontological Coaching, and Naturopathy, as well as being an Advanced Reiki Master and teacher, Andrea has always been dedicated to helping people re-connect with their Souls. Dance, music, photography, theater, art and healing - all are channels in which she nurtures and expresses her own Soul.

As a Licensed Chakradance Facilitator, Andrea helps people to discover the eternal rhythm of the Soul; to re-unite body, mind and spirit; to awaken the divine power that each person has within them; and to bring every part into full being, here and now.

Chakradance was founded in London in 1998 by Sydney-born Natalie Southgate, who combined her training and expertise in dance, in psychology, and in chakra healing, to create this new fusion of ancient wisdoms.

The Chakra system, and the benefits of Chakradance:

The role of the chakra system is to help regulate the human energy field, commonly known as the aura. The aura is a dynamic, energetic matrix, which includes the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of our being. Just as blood pulses through our veins and arteries, there is an energy that surges through not only our bodies, but into our energy field beyond the body.

Every human being has seven major chakras and each one influences an aspect of our lives. From our instincts, sexuality and personal power through to how we love, communicate, use our intuition and connect to our deepest source of spirituality.

When you discover the power and the energy that resides within you, it is like coming home. Chakradance is a form of nourishment for your true self, for your soul. Blending free-flowing movements with particular frequencies of sound, Chakradance will free the energy in your body and open you to a deeper experience of life.

In a darkened room, lit only by candle-light, we move to music created to resonate with the vibrations of each of our 7 major chakras. We dance with our eyes mainly closed, and our attention turned inwards, for unlike most other dance practices, Chakradance is about making a connection with our inner world – the world of our imagination, feelings, intuition and senses.

The experience is like a waking dream – we dance up forgotten parts of ourselves, and release the memories stored in our muscles. Our aches and pains reveal their stories and our hidden fears unmask themselves. The experiences are deeply personal and reflect our own nature and history, yet at the same time we tap into the collective heights and depths of human experience.

Drawing on the wisdom of Jungian Psychology, Chakradance is a dance for healing and self-discovery. Each dance gives rise to different insights and feelings… and we use the creation of personal ‘mandala art’ as a way of anchoring our experiences back into our conscious world.

Each dance leads us closer to the person we are truly meant to be.

Welcome to Chakradance. Come and and explore. Have fun. Find meaning. Let go. Come and look deeper into each chakra, each part of you, and experience more within the dance that is uniquely yours.

"In Chakradance(TM) we concentrate on and experience a passion for the chakra system, body, mind and soul connection. In Sacred Space and through movement and aroma therapy, you are guided in a meditational experience to more deeply explore each chakra and connect with the Divine – deepening your understanding of how Chakradance(TM) can strengthen, awaken, and balance your body, attitudes and thought patterns."

"I am excited to share these practices with you!"
OM Shanti OM

Want to host a workshop in your area?

As an accredited CHAKRADANCE Facilitator, I am excited to be able to offer you the opportunity to experience, or play host to, this
powerful healing dance practice.
Based on the 4000-year old system of the chakras that form the backbone of Eastern philosophies, including yoga and acupuncture, Chakradance is a surprisingly effective, anyone-can-do-it, way to de-stress and rebalance your inner energies. CHAKRADANCE has already been well received by many seminars all over the world, including the Chopra Center in California.
the class need to be held in venues with sufficient space for participants not to feel crowded, and in which music can be played fairly loud (it works best when the music can be felt vibrationally through the body, not just heard through the ears). It is experienced in groups of 12-20 people as a 2 hour classes.

If you want me running a introduction class ( 2hs ), please let me know.
OM shanti OM
