I started taking yoga about 14 years ago after a series of car wrecks left me in chronic pain. I was hoping for physical relief and ended up gaining so much more than I ever expected. After four years of practice I was able to take a trip to India to study deeper the philosophies behind the practice. My teaching style is a mixture of styles with a focus on the mind/body connection.
My hope as a teacher is to guide you through a practice of self discovery, through use of poses, breath, meditation and positive affirmation. I want everyone to be able to give yoga a try (and hopefully fall in love with the practice) and love being able to offer affordable donation based yoga.
