Chanel Duncan, RYT-200, received her certification in 2016, after first being introduced to yoga at the age of 12. The practice has always been there for her when she needed it most. In 2010, Bikram yoga helped to rehab her shoulder after surgery. In 2012, Vinyasa flow became her anchor during life’s ups and downs.
Over time, the desire to share this gift and learn more about the philosophy of yoga grew and she began her path as a teacher. Chanel’s classes integrate humor, meditation, yogic philosophy, anatomy, and strength building.
