I am a South African instructor who specializes in teaching the Vinyasa Flow Style. I have been practicing yoga since 2006 and has completed a 200-hour teacher training course. In addition I have a Bachelor's degree in Dance performance and choreography. I naturally lead a healthy lifestyle driven by optimism and positive thinking. Not only is yoga a great form of exercise, it is a way of life that influences my philosophies, mind set and actions.
I lead a Vinyasa Flow style class and cater to the various levels of all students in the class. I focus on the use of breath, and courage the yoga practice to be a moving meditation, strengthening the mind, body and spirit. I hope to inspire my students to traverse the earth with a healthy and positive outlook by passing on the spirit of yoga as an influence toward a wholesome lifestyle.
