Committed to health and wellness, ChantaI has been practicing yoga for over 15 years. She has over 1000 hours of personal practice and teaching techniques and is a member of the Yoga Alliance. She completed her Teacher Training at P3 Yoga in Pickering, Ontario including Restorative Yoga. She also trained in Scottsdale, Arizona with Katherine Roberts and is now certified to teach the program Yoga for Golfers™.
Teaching yoga privately and in corporate settings in Toronto, she is particularly fond of teaching Gentle Yoga and Yoga for Golfers™. An avid golfer and cyclist, she is also a Certified Health Coach.
