With a background in dance and yoga, movement and breath work have always had a central place of my life. Adding to my training in Bioenergetics, I completed my 200hr-yoga teacher training in and founded Breathe On Yoga in 2020 to teach others like me looking to cultivate a practice that nourishes a long and rich life. I am passionate about making yoga accessible to all and meeting student’s individual needs. My classes offer a blend of Hatha, restorative, breath work and creative sequences that help restore, build, and maintain flexibility and strength.
