My approach to teaching yoga is holistic and heart- centered. Spiritual, emotional and physical strength are an integrated trinity. Yoga practice fine- tunes all of theses states of being. Yoga works because when it is fun, you will want to keep doing it and then, it becomes a routine, a voluntary practice. For this purpose I love to incorporate, breath-work, traditional story -telling, and live harmonium - lead music in class.
