I have been practising yoga since 2009. My love of yoga began after reading about the practice in a foreign magazine. I was impressed by the poses one could make through their body. To me yoga is a lifestyle that's gives me access to my inner resources and gives me sense of peace and empowerment. I use yoga to help my clients get empowered to deal with challenges they face in their day to day life that makes them have stronger and powerful bodies with flexibility in both mind and body. In 2013, I completed my Level One and Level Two Certifications in Baptiste Power Yoga. I am also a Certified Level One Kundalini Instructor and am certified as an Ashtanga Yoga teacher. Am also certified NGY Yoga for kids.
As a Blackbelt Martial arts Instructor yoga has also enhanced my training and that of my martial arts students to create flexibility and focus.
