"True Yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed; Yoga is to be lived"
- Aadil Palkhivala.

I am a Yoga teacher in the Surrey area. I teach playful and flowing vinyasa classes infused with Yoga philosophy. I am committed to breath, movement and joy.

My personal Yoga journey began in my early twenties when I started to attend classes in London. This continued steadily until following the birth of my first daughter I sought to deepen my knowledge and embarked on two years of intensive self study, developing a constant home practice (of asana, pranayama and meditation) and learning more about the background and philosophy of Yoga.

In 2012 I undertook my teacher training with the esteemed Lyn Core through the British Wheel of Yoga and now hold a 500 hour level 4 teaching diploma.

I will always view myself as a student of Yoga - a journey which continues to unfold and allows me to live as authentically as possible.

I hope to meet you on the mat sometimes soon.
