Charlie's classes focus on rejuvenating, detoxifying and strengthening both body and mind with a dynamic and flowing practice, with important focus on breath leading the movement. Charlie believes in keeping the time on the mat playful, creative and full of spontaneity. She encourages you to challenge, experience and explore your own potential.
Her classes honour the Indian philosophies of Yoga and she teaches with a warm, honest and sensitive nature. Her style is unique. She is influenced by many aspects of her life; from her training as an actress, her love of music and her very sporty lifestyle, to how she used yoga, and still does, as a therapy through a very difficult time in her personal life- especially looking at anxiety.
To Charlie yoga is an EPIC RIDE, where you will gain and lose things all the time, thats the beauty of it, the unknown journey.

Charlie trained in India with Himalaya Yoga Valley 200hr 2009 and March this year (2016) completed her 300+YTT in Bali with Radiantly Alive Yoga. Certified with the Yoga Alliance, he has been teaching for the past 5yrs around London. She has continued training with other inspirational teachers and styles including; Chucky&Maty, Yogeswari, Janson Crandell, Jivamukti (Emma Henry), Forrest Yoga (Jumbo), Tripschore (Edward Clarke), Damien De Bali.
