I teach Hatha flow, Vinyasa Krama, an ashtanga inspired flow, universal yoga inspired flow, and a Budokon inspired flow. I have certifications in 200hr Vinyasa Krama from United Yoga, 200hr Hatha from Rishikesh yog peeth, and 300hr Hatha, Ashtanga from Shiva yoga peeth, 200hr universal yoga.
I combine all of these practices to create sequences for you to learn to feel your body, and where it is in space. I think the asana practice is a meditation in movement. Search for your true self while finding ease in your movements.
