In my classes I focus on alignment and building strength safely, so the classes are suitable for everyone, no matter where you are in your yoga journey.
And as we all live such busy lives, I like to include a long and restorative relaxation for the last 10-15 minutes of the class.
My aim is that at the end of each class you should feel more in tune with your body, stronger (classes are gentle but that doesn't mean they're not challenging!), as well as recharged and ready for the week ahead.
