Yoga starts us on a journey that brings one deep within the core of our being to a place where we can find peace and happiness. My journey started 17yrs ago when I first moved the UK from South Africa. I loved the idea of sculpting my body through asana practice and making cool shapes. Little did I know that I was embarking on a deep spiritual growth phase in my life. The many different styles of yoga I have tried such as ashtanga, hatha, sivananda and vinyasa all have something unique to learn from and I love exploring all yoga interpretations. After having traveled the globe doing yoga in Thailand, Mexico, and Bali I decided that I would very much like to share this wonderful practice with people and teach both adults and children. I completed my 200hr teacher training with Yoga London and currently teach in Woodley. I am passionate about helping people connect with their deeper, wiser self and teach meditation and mindfulness to my students to facilitate this.
