I have been in the fitness industry for over 12 years teaching group fitness ranging from kids to have a Vinyasa certification that is based on the primary and secondary series of Ashtanga yoga. I have been practicing yoga for many years. I love the positive energy and health yoga brings to one's life! As a mother of 3 kids yoga helps me to slow down and stay helps me keep that balance with taking care of myself and my love teaching and helping others to find the balance as well!
She enjoys hiking, swimming, cooking, gardening, healthy living, working with the community and volunteer work. Yoga has inspired her in a positive way to create a healthy balanced lifestyle! She looks forward to passing it on to you through the practice of yoga!
