I am a Hatha Yoga teacher studying towards the British Wheel of Yoga Diploma. I teach a general level class which is suitable for practioners of all levels. Learn how to use Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing) and mindfulness in your practice to feel the benefits of a quieter mind and effective use of your physical energy to release tension and build strength and stamina in the body. Overtime you can expect to increase your flexibility, enhance your skeletal alignment and lengthen the spine and muscles, as well as improving the tone and increasing the strength of muscles.
