Yoga came to me in 2005 in a search to improve my health. After 200+ hours of alignment-focused training I became certified in 2010, continued training in Yin, Senior, as well as Pre/Post Natal, and have over 1000 hours of teaching. I believe that yoga is good for just about everything! Studies show yoga can improve strength, flexibility, focus and balance; lower blood pressure; relieve stress; promote healing and much more.
I love bringing yoga to all levels of students through clear instruction, using modifications and options so we build from a comfort level at all times. We create a relaxed and accepting atmosphere, and often use props such as straps and yoga blocks to assist our practice.
