Certified Sampoorna Yoga Teacher (RYT 500), Children’s Yoga Teacher (RCYT 95) and Yin Yoga Instructor (30h).
My yoga path started in 2003, in Brussels, during a particularly stressful period at work. I soon experienced the fullness of the practice and the transformation in the body and mind through the system developed by Shri Yogi Hari, called “Sampoorna Yoga”: the Yoga of Fullness. The enthusiasm for yoga changed the course of my life and career. After experiencing different Yoga styles, in 2012 and 2013 I took the Sampoorna Yoga Teacher Training Course with Shri Yogi Hari. The same year (2012), I left my job as a lawyer in the European Commission and now I dedicate my time fully to sharing yoga with children, families and adults.

I love teaching and practicing yoga. It helps me remain strong, grounded and happy and enables me to deal with the ups and downs of life. A regular yoga practice has been an essential part of my life for more than 12 years.

A spoon of positive energy a day :-)

I have discovered yoga due to Chiara and I am very grateful! She is an attentive and warm-hearted teacher, always positive and serene. I am attending her classes during lunch breaks and every time I leave the room calmer, more focused and full of good energy. Last year was particularly difficult for me and Chiara's classes helped me relax and clear my mind in some critical moments. Thank you, Chiara! I will keep on practicing yoga trying to remain fully aware of and in contact with my inner self, despite every day stress.

very good yoga teacher

Chiara is a good yoga teacher who will try and push her students so that they make progress. There is a good balance between explanation and demonstration. She is precise in her comments and corrections. She is a bit more focused on the body aspects but also conveys some elements of yoga philosophy. She often shares references of interesting books or material with her yoga students.

Chiara (Chitra) is a very friendly and attentive yoga trainer that fits completely what I am looking for - a well balanced yoga that helps me stretch out from the work on computer and reduce the stress levels. I especially appreciate that Chiara pays attention and helps to everyone individually, so that we can do the postures correctly. I also like the fact that she proposes from time to time different types of yoga - focussing on the spiritual, the physical, etc. Thank you, Chiara!

A yoga practice that makes your day

Chiara is a fantastic yoga teacher and a wonderful person. She always sends people positive vibes and is very empathetic, which helps her understand people’s need and tailor the practice. She is very careful about the different levels of people, adapts her programme accordingly and checks not only that people are practising correctly but also that they do not hurt themselves. She is very experienced and can mix different styles easily, leaving people energised after the practice. I warmly recommend her to people of all ages and levels!

Excellent Yoga Sessions !

I started doing Hatha Yoga back in my 20's. Than I changed to Salsa and Latino Dances. After two decades I decided to be back to Yoga. thanks to Chiara I had a good comeback to Hatha Yoga. Excellent Sessions !
