Chloë is a certified yoga teacher who is currently undergoing further training for her 500 hour certificate under the guidance of internationally renowned teacher Shiva Rea. Chloë has been practicing yoga since 2003. As a “stiff” person who ran a lot Chloë found yoga very challenging but fell in love with the practice as her body slowly began to soften and release. Chloë was able to connect with the idea that it is the intention and the journey of the practice that is important, not the outcome of finding a funky pose! Chloë is passionate about sharing the gift of yoga, the ability to move the body with the breath and find space for the mind and body to re-connect and balance.
