I have been practicing and living Yoga for the past 4 years. While trained in Kundalini Yoga I have a love and passion for all forms of Yoga and mindful practice. I aim to integrate different forms of Yoga into my teaching for a more holistic and integrative approach. Yoga meaning to become whole is the practice of unifying the body, mind and soul and therefore allows us to develop all aspects of our being so that we may experience our fullest human potential. I aim to awaken my students and clients to their teacher within so that they may in time develop their own practice and become the master of themselves.
My classes provide an introduction to Yoga and aim to empower each individual with basic techniques that they can use in their everyday life to increase their overall health, vitality and sense of peace.
