I have studied and taught Yoga & Pilates for over 13 years. Influenced by various lineages, such as Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Anusara and Pilates, I offer an accessible alignment-based practice with mindful sequencing and clear road maps into the body. My Yoga classes are slow-flowing, challenging yet nourishing, while my Pilates classes are more dynamic & core-intensive.
From 2008 to 2013, I co-owned and directed a vibrant and bustling YYOGA studio in North Vancouver, leading a team of 40 teachers and offering a schedule of 120 weekly classes. I will be forever grateful for this community-building experience, having witnessed countless moments of human connection and transformation. I also teach workshops, retreats and teacher trainings where I enjoy supporting both teachers and students on their deepening journey. I am now living in the Lausanne area where I keep sharing my experience and knowledge of these great teachings.
