Generally, I teach a vinyasa flow-based style of yoga in which dynamic sequences of asanas are linked together in time with the breath. I aim to make flow-based classes available to everyone, including beginners. I also teach Restorative Yoga.
I first attended a yoga class in 2003 while at university in Leeds but it was in 2011, when I settled in Kent, that I fell in love with yoga and built a regular practice, attending as many classes as I could. I started teaching in 2016.
