I teach vinyasa flow yoga which is a dynamic, creative and flowing style of yoga, with an emphasis on alignment, form and safety.

I first attended a yoga class in 2003 while at university in Leeds but it was in 2011, when I settled in Kent, that I fell in love with yoga and built a regular practice, attending as many classes as I could. I started teaching in 2016.

During this time, my practice has centred around Iyengar-inspired and vinyasa yoga but I have also practiced yin and kundalini yoga.
