Chris has been interested in flexibilty and fitness since early childhood. He has years of teaching experience in both the health and fitness industry and in the community setting. He has worked with students of all ages and from all different backgrounds. He has taught yoga to complete beginners, improvers and to more advanced level. He has worked with dancers and performance artists, young athletes and martial arts students, university team players as well as working age and retired adults. He has also worked with students with special learning needs and the hearing-impaired.

Chris first started yoga practice in early adulthood to help address problems with his own physical health. Through a strong personal practice and with the help of many wonderful teachers, Chris now leads a very healthy, happy and active lifestyle. As well as being an accomplished yoga teacher, Chris is also a personal trainer and a martial artist.

Chris has been teaching yoga for over five years in Sheffield and Brighton in the UK and now in Uppsala, Sweden. He holds two yoga teaching certifications and has studied extensively in London and Bristol.

He is known for his sense of humour, friendly approach and deep commitment to his own practice and his students development.

As well as teaching his regular classes, Chris is also available for small group sessions, 1 to 1/private yoga classes and corporate yoga classes.
