Chris James BA AKC BWY dip is a London based Yoga teacher, and author. Chris was recently voted as one of the TOP-10 Yoga teachers in the UK in The Evening Standard, and is British Wheel of Yoga certified. He has trained at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai and in Rishikesh India.
In addition to regularly contributing to the health pages of the national press, he has recently written his first book ‘Mind Body Cleanse’ by Chris James (Penguin, 2017) the 12-Day Plan to Heal Your Body and Re-Energise Your Mind which was voted best self-help book recently in Your Fitness magazine. ‘Mind Body Cleanse’ is now available at Amazon, Waterstones, Borders and leading book stores.
