a great yoga teacher

I took classes from Chris consistently for about a year, and I highly recommend him. No one has done as much for my alignment. His instruction is noticeably thoughtful. Also, while clear and even sometimes emphatic, it is not overbearing. He will do his best to instruct and yet still respect your practice. He has a lot to offer.

Influential Yoga Experience

Chris is a very centered instructor who emphasizes the essential principle of breathing. He is dedicated, sincere and is committed to his students growth through their own individual yoga practices. He is extremely knowledgeable and is continually helping his students grow by encouraging them to focus on their inner self, bringing more awareness to their breath. He has a very calming nature and his classes are always very tranquil spaces. He is motivating and relaxed and makes his students feel completely at ease. He truly is invaluable and is committed to help his students reach their individual potential through this ancient art form. Simply inspiring.

Calm, Focused, Caring

Chris became my teacher 5 years into my practice experience. Finally, I learned to relax and breathe. He is honest and secure in his approach to yoga. He continually shares his own readings and growth with his students. He has studied Hatha yoga, but is not militaristic. Meditation and breath seem to be his mantra.

Awesome Yoga Teacher

I've taken yoga classes from Chris Rogers on a weekly basis for a couple of years and have found him to be fun, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and motivational. His classes are never boring and always end on a positive note. He knows his stuff and loves to add interesting tidbits (stories, jokes, instruction) during class to keep things moving and lively. In short, he is the ideal yoga instructor you've been looking for.
