I have been teaching yoga for 38 years a practising for over 40. I teach intermediate level classes and one to one sessions for those less able or suffering with stress, back problems, asthma etc. I also give training days for teachers, specialising in Pranayama, Bhandas and Mudras and Integrating yoga practices with the Chakras. Also the different techniques of Meditation.
