I love yoga from the moment I started it, 14 years ago. Vinyasa flow is the one I enjoy the most because it reminds of my years of dancing. I enjoy very much the possibility to meditate in movement, which gives me a sense of freedom and exploration. Restorative yoga is a style I also enjoy very much teaching, as it helps students to be more at ease with their ailments, or pain or discomfort. This is also a good place to allow time, breath and posture to restore a fatigue, overworked body. I encourage very much students to embrace their individuality by modifying postures accordingly to their needs. Yoga is about you and your body, your well being and self esteem and confidence.
