Christina started practicing yoga as a way to manage stress, while studying for her degree in Behavioral Science and Sociology and fell in love with the practice. After trying out every style of yoga and yoga studio she came across, she wanted to deepen her practice and received her 200 Teacher Training through Yogaworks. Truly believing that everyone can and should practice yoga, Christina intends for her classes to be playful, lighthearted, challenging, and therapeutic. You can expect some pranayama, chanting, humor and meditation weaved into her asana classes. Additionally, Christina was trained and received her Kids Yoga certification with Michelle Wing at It’s Yoga, Kids. Christina is passionate about childrens’ well-being and providing a space where children and families are able to playfully connect in a stress free environment, enjoying the beautiful practice of yoga. Most recently, Christina received her Restorative Yoga Teacher Training at Namaste. Christina will meet you where you are, from brand new students to experienced yogis, all are welcome. OM Chanti!
