Christina received her 200 hour RYT with Dana Santas owner of Radius Yoga Conditioning. She has also trained in Gray Cooks Functional Movement System, YogaFit, Yoga Meets Dance, Les Mills BodyFlow, Stott Pilates, Spinning, Silver Sneakers, Spinning and AFAA Group Fitness.
Christina feels yoga is one of the best ways to connect with and understand your body. Every practice with Christina will incorporate breath awareness, thoughtful movement and meditation.
Christina is also an Acutonics Sound Therapy Practitioner and utilizes Tibetan Bowls and Bells in her Yin Yoga classes.
