I am passionate about yoga and try my best to live and breathe it on and off the mat.

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years, in a range of traditions (ashtanga, iyengar, hatha, bikram, Scaravelli, yin, restorative).

My main teachers have been from the hatha tradition (Swami Santhi Prasad, one of the 40 honorary members of the World Yoga Council), yin/insights yoga tradition (Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley), iyengar tradition (Tias Little), parayoga/yoga nidra from the Sri Vidya tradition (Rod Stryker), yoga therapy (Doug Keller, various teachers from Yoga Campus London).

I now teach in the viniyoga tradition, in a safe yet powerful way. We use breath-centric practices from the yoga toolkit and take into account individuals needs and conditions. You will experience peace, calm and balance.
