I see yoga as a personal journey, and my philosophy is "be kind to yourself". I believe in always remembering to reflect love and compassion. It is this philosophy, combined with my yoga practice over the last 17 years, that has helped me step through my personal struggles with anxiety and find a new way to "BE". I found that not only could I heal, but I could thrive. Inspired and ready to share, I stepped forward into my destiny and graduated from the Yogaheart Yoga Teacher Training as a certified Yoga Instructor.
As a teacher, I meet each student on their individual path, while creating a welcoming and enjoyable space for people to feel inspired, challenged, uplifted and nurtured. I offer a mindful practice that helps us to cultivate inner peace and self-love. My classes are accessible to everyone at all levels of experience.
