I began my yoga journey in the late 90’s when my mom, a former professional dancer and gymnast, began a regular yoga practice together. Our Saturday ritual of a power yoga class went on for over a decade. During the summer of 2013, I discovered Daily Offering Yoga and Anamargret Sanchez and made the decision to complete the Teacher Training Program. I also completed an in-depth power yoga training immersion with Bryan Kest. The practice provides peace of mind (for awhile) and physical strength so one of my goals in teaching is to assist others in enlivening their bodies while calming their minds.
