I generally teach a gentle yoga class, and Yin yoga. My training is in Hatha yoga with a very strong influence in Iyengar. In my classes we focus on alignment and making every asana pose possible for every student. The classes focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing through all the poses. We also learn techniques for dealing with stress and how to use our yoga practice in our everyday lives. I have been practicing yoga for 15 years now and it has changed my life and I love being able to help others along their paths in yoga.
