I have been developing my yoga practice since 2005. After I was introduced to the beautiful, simple and powerful discoveries of Vanda Scaravelli.
The Scaravelli's philosophy of "be kind to yourself" has helped me work through injuries during me years of running. I believes the knowledge I have gained so far has to be constantly nurtured, the constant yearing for more knowledge is the road to knowing oneself more deeply on a physical, mental and spiritual level.
