My classes are sequenced to build up to peak poses or to build up to greater mobility in certain areas of the body. I use poses to activate energy in the body through the lymphatic, circulatory, and nervous system.
Classes are taught so they can be as vigorous or as calm as the student desires; no "Simon Says" yoga here - do yoga on YOUR path, not someone else's.
