Christine Longville

I was trained in the classic Hatha yoga style with a strong Kripalu influence. I entered into my yoga practice at a hot vinyasa flow yoga studio with a Baptise influence. My strength in teaching private yoga begins with helping my client understand how to find the asanas; how to structure the pose, what should be relaxed, felt, experienced.

Philosophically and spiritually I have studied introspection, yoga, psychology, karma, etc. since 1993; it is a part of who I am and will always be.

As a lifelong student, I hope to learn as much from you as you will learn from me.
