Christine Malossi is honored to be teaching yoga and to have the opportunity to pass on to others the joy and freedom that she has found in her own practice. Based in NYC, she offers creative alignment-focused Vinyasa classes in a calm, open-minded, judgment-free environment where students can discover a sense of balance, peace, and serenity. She believes in the power of yoga to open our hearts and our minds and enable us to grow, evolve and transform both on and off the mat.
Christine has been practicing yoga since 1999. She received her 250-hour yoga teaching certification from the Inside Out School at Exhale under the tutelage of Nixa DeBellis, Sam Chase, and Dana Strong. She is certified to teach Restorative Yoga through Cyndi Lee of Om Yoga. Christine also studied at NYU and the University of Pennsylvania. Her many years of ballet training at the School of American Ballet, San Francisco Ballet School, American Ballet Theatre School, and Joffrey Ballet School strongly influence her teaching.
