30+ years in fitness (personal trainer, group exercise teacher, biker) brought me to Yoga in 1998. I practiced and taught for years and discovered Core Strength Vinyasa (Founder Sadie Nardini). I love this dynamic and Core strengthening flow, so I created my own style: FLY! Vinyasa®. I am 200hr ERYT and co-owner of Liberty Yoga in Newark, DE. I enjoy teaching this unique, fun and functional style of Vinyasa. It's a continuous flow that brings cardio and balance with safe and strengthening moves to your yoga experience - adding adventure poses like arm balances, handstands and "Off the Wall" work---another fun once a month class to improve your handstands!
