Let's just say that Christoph is not your typical yogi. Classes are fun and varied. Sequences are designed to provide a well rounded yoga experience to improve flexibility, build strength and reduce stress. Students can expect to get a good practice while receiving adjustments and affirmation. Most importantly, a class with Christoph will bring you out of your head for an hour by focusing on your movements, alignment and recurrent attention to breath.
