I have had 8 years of traditional Yoga training whilst staff at the International Sivananda and Vednata centres. I now live in Biarritz, France and have started teaching Yoga here. In the furure i want to continue giving retreats as this is my main strength.
People say my teachings have significant depth and special vibrational quality. With a strong connection to my Yoga Teachers and a clear understanding of the effects of the Yoga Practice, i like to guides students directly to the treasures of Yoga.
