Chris Dwyer teaches a form of hatha yoga whose aim is awakening to the Highest Self. Chris uses conscious breathing and proper pose foundations to help students grow in yogic practice. His classes involve rigorous poses and challenging sequences that bring students the edges of their comfort zones, while his’ heart-centered teaching approach weaves humor and lightness into what he calls “the joyful work” of yoga. Chris is also certified in various energy work modalities, and his classes at times include progressive relaxation inductions, postural adjustments and healing touches for students.
