I guide people who are stressed, living with persistent aches and pains, and grappling with body image issues to connect to and nourish their bodies through Yoga, Pilates, Meditation and Nutrition.
I am a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance registered and certified yoga teacher who teaches Vinyasa, Gentle, Prenatal and Children’s Yoga, and a certified Power Pilates and Peak Pilates Comprehensive Pilates teacher. I am also an avid cyclist and runner, and am currently training for a few upcoming races. My classes are great for establishing a mind, body connection, as well as physical benefits such as strength, weight loss and more.
