Christopher teaches a blend of Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, integrating also Anusara, Iyengar principles and Qigong into his practice. He believes in the invigorating power that yoga offers the mind, body and spirit.
Christopher draws inspiration from teachers Simon Low, Simon Park, Lance Schuler, Philipp Lemke, Simon Borg and Kathryn Budig.
From his younger days, he was hooked into sports and fitness. He was representing school for badminton, track & field and volleyball and 10 years ago found Yoga as an alternative to tone down the vigorous exercises and just fell in love.
Christopher views life as dynamic and believes that the key is to stay flexible, adaptable. He is focused on caring for the human body as well as attending to relationships that support our lives. For Chris, mental and physical flexibility begin on his yoga mat and with evry class he teaches.
Christopher’s favorite pose is Pincha Mayurasana (Feathered Peacock Pose). Regular practice of this pose creates a feeling of vitality and lightness, stimulating the adrenal glands and thus increasing his will power, discipline and capacity to bear stress.
