My yoga journey began so long ago I can't even remember it not being a part of my life in some form. I continue to find my true self through the practice and teaching of yoga. There is so much that interests me about yoga; pranayama (breath), asanas (movement), chakras, meditation, philosophy, ayrevada, anatomy, mindfulness, spirit.
I began teaching in my home studio in January 2013. What an incredible experience so far! I enjoy every moment of teaching and I learn so much from my wonderful students.
