Cindy's classes are a mix of playfulness and thoughtful meditation that are infused together to use movement to help overcome challenges. In her mid 40’s Cindy Lewis has a passion for yoga that is infectious.
Her first yoga class was at the age of twelve and Ardha Matsyendrasana has been part of her daily practice ever since. She began seriously studying yoga in 1999, practicing in Ashtanga, Anasura, Bikram, Hatha, Power Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga Therapy.
Cindy has also studied and trained in energy workfor the last 13 years. It helps her read body language and understand the mental and physical challenges in body movement.
Cindy loves yoga, guiding her students to overcome challenges, and she enjoys sharing yoga with the community.
