Cinthia Torres, is the founder of The Health Bits, a new and fresher approach to integrative health and wellness. Her journey down the path of healthy living started when she was first introduced to yoga back in college. Her experience practicing yoga has changed her life forever, which motivated her to complete her yoga teacher training back in 2009 and enhance her own personal practice. Introducing yoga to others brings her great joy and inspiration.
Since then, she’s deepened her understanding and awareness of the different areas of health, experimenting with different approaches and styles.
Her constant enthusiasm and passion for health led her to pursue her training as an Integrative Health Coach at Duke Integrative Medicine, where she learned the skills to help people create a life of maximum health and vitality.
