Growing up in Asia, Claire began practising Hatha from a young age. In her mid-twenties she discovered Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - a breathing, moving meditation. She then established a consistent, personal practice with Stewart Gilchrist focusing on yogasana. Working in the film industry she was accustomed to a high octane life. Yoga has brought her life more focus and balance, as well as all the other benefits: the bliss, the clarity of thought and calmness of mind. Having converted almost everyone she knows into practicing yoga, she decided to train as a teacher under Stewart and now enjoy motivating and guiding others through their practice.
