I love what I do and I want to share it. ‘Simple living, high thinking’ are words I love; which give me an instant picture of my ideal life in balance. It invokes the kind of grace and refinement I am aspiring too.

Thinking about the way you move and sit, the way you breath, the things that you eat, and how you let go, are the starting places of yoga.

Understanding the elements and acknowledging the profound effect the seasonal changes have on your development and well-being , is also yoga, and what makes it authentically holistic.

Yoga and Meditation brings sounds, symbols and metaphors relevant to the season into to play and keeps yoga simple, slow, and subtle. The slower you move the more you feel. Gradually the practices become internalised, and more complete trust in your intuition is possible.

It’s so simple, you will find yourself contemplating it

Professional training and continual yogic development in England and in India inspire my practice and teaching, encouraging the subtle process of change.

Over 13 years living and teaching yoga brings a wealth of experience and the ability to know what is needed to enable someone to regain balance and start the healing process.
